30, 2016, Everett: Psychotic man, pot user, took 6-year-old hostage in

pot deal in Lynnwood, Washington on May 12, 2017,

In September, 2016, a 20-year-old killed an 18-year-old and a 16-year-old
over a bag of weed in Tukwila, Washington.
Hamza Warsame, 16, died from
jumping six stories to his death while under
the influence of marijuana. It was the first time
he used marijuana which was legally purchased by a 21-year-old.
He must have gone psychotic.

Scotty Rowles was high when he hit a pedestrian in Vancouver on December
12, 2012, at 5:50 p.m. .
He admitted to smoking a little bowl 1-1/2
hours before the crash.
A driver was stoned when he hit 7-year old Cadence
Boyer on Halloween in Vancouver, Washington. She died two days later.
The little girl’s mother and her 6-year old friend were also
hospitalized, but survived. The driver, 47-year old Duane C. Abbot told
police that he smokes two to three grams of marijuana a day, and that
he had smoked about a few hours before the
crash.

Tyler Martels, a 27-year-old who
had beaten opiate pill addiction and resisted the temptation to drink
alcohol, took advantage of the state’s marijuana legalization and
smoked pot before driving.
He drove into another car and was killed instantly.
His girlfriend and fiancée
Stephanie Profitt, hung onto to life for six more weeks but died on
January 19, 2013. Another
